Point Grey Road 2

This was a second iteration on the site of the cube house to gauge privacy and view potential.

This 3000 sq ft house, on the same lot as "Point Grey Road 1" and the Cube House, is a second iteration for the same client, with a smaller area and more dramatic response to the views. The master bedroom floats out above the pool, which has a glass floor over the kitchen island. The house features a courtyard, and an infinity edged stretch of water that lines the kitchen and living areas. This view embraces the neighbourhood park across the road. Views are west and north, a block from the ocean.
