Situated on a major urban hub in Vancouver. The facade has a metal foil with window openings close to matching the actual openings in the envelope. Copper wall cladding occurs at a tangent to this facade where decks occur. Ground floor is retail with one floor of offices below four storeys of residential low cost housing.
